Thursday was one of the nicest days we’ve had in So. Or. it got up into the up 70’s and after hanging out with some friends and having a fruit smoothie i set off to wonderful Applegate lake. Since it was so nice out i wore shorts and flip flops, also i think since the weather was so good i was in kind of a hurry to leave that i forgot the camera, so no pictures this time but there are lots of them on here. I fished off the dam, which i did alot of my fishing from last spring and early summer, i actually fished off of some of the same rocks i stood on last year. Right when i got there i immediately started to throw the holographic panther martin with the paint coming off, after a while with no bites and seeing plenty of fish surface and jump, i changed up to a regular black and green panther martin but red paint on the blades, first cast fish on, was on the small side so back he went. I brought my favorite bait so i put a bobber on and some worms on my 2nd rod and continued to fish with various spinner and kastmasters, worms seemed to be the ticket though, i knew after awhile if my bobber hadn’t moved for bit that most likely the bait was gone. Had a great day of fishing, brought in about 7 trout keeping 2 of them, had about another 7 that were long distance released 2 of which felt like nice trout, oh and the bites on my worms were countless 😀 Oh ill leave u with 2 pictures of what i came home with 😀 Tight lines to all
Thats just the stuff i put in my pocket, all the bigger pieces of trash went into my backpack.
